Not at all! The welding process is completely painless. We place the jewellery around your wrist (or ankle/neck) and use a small, quick spark to fuse it closed. No skin contact with heat—just a quick zap and you’re done!

The entire process usually takes 10–20 minutes, including selecting your chain, fitting, and welding. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for a pop-in appointment or a group experience!

No problem. You can simply snip the welded ring with scissors or small wire cutters at home (we’ll show you where, just in case!). You can even bring it back later to be re-welded.

Yes! Permanent jewellery is delicate and non-intrusive, so it does not need to be removed for airport security.

If your jewellery breaks due to a weld issue, we’ll happily fix it for free. If it breaks due to regular wear and tear or accidental damage, we offer low-cost re-welding services. Just contact us to schedule a repair.

Yes! Our chains are durable and made for everyday life—shower, swim, sweat, sleep—you name it. However, as with all jewellery, exposure to harsh chemicals or rough activities may shorten its life.
